Join the San Diego Vintage Dancers at a special event to help kick off the annual West Coast Ragtime Festival this November 17-20, 2017. Live authentic music provided by Frederick Hodges and Co. Wear your ragtime finest, as this is a formal event. Tickets must be purchased in advance---none will be at the door. Our venue is the original sprung wood dance floor of the 1912 Odd Fellows Hall in historic Placerville, 30 miles from Sacramento. Attendees are encouraged to book overnight lodging down the street at the Cary House Hotel (a special room rate for "SD Vintage Dance Society"), a legendary hotel through which $90 million gold bouillion passed during the Gold Rush. Plan to spend some time exploring Main Street, with multiple antique stores and lots of vintage appeal. Just the thing to warm us up for the weekend festival to follow!
