Fundamentals of Belly Dance 6 Class series with Ali Prater Class will meet every Tuesday and Thursday for the following dates: Tues 1/31, Thurs 2/2, Tues 2/7, Thurs 2/9, Tues 2/14, Thurs 2/16 Times: 12:00-1:30 PM This class series will explore fundamental steps and movements of Tribal Fusion and Raqs Sharqi (Belly Dance). Students will learn isolations, steps, and choreography in each class. In addition, students will also learn to play the zils (finger cymbals). We will cover 5 essential middle eastern rhythms, and learn about some of the nuances of Middle Eastern Music. This class is great for beginning and intermediate level dancers.
