City Limits Band Tickets

City Limits Band is a unique group of talented musicians, songwriters, and performers from the Midwest. The band is comprised of five seasoned Central Illinois musicians that have performed extensively throughout the United States. City Limits has been a featured opening act for many national touring shows. They have appeared on The Nashville Network and performed at state and county fairs, festivals, homecomings, political events, fundraisers, special events, and clubs.

City Limits’ roots can be traced back to the late 60s when the band was originally known as the Country Orbits. They changed to the Austin City Limits in the 70s through the early 80s, and in 1988 dropped “Austin” from their name. City Limits has evolved into its current lineup, comprised of Michael Webb on lead and background vocals, lead guitar, pedal steel guitar, fiddle, harmonica, and 5-string banjo; Kenny Young on background vocals and bass; Marc James on lead and background vocals and rhythm guitar; Brian Earleywine on lead and background vocals, lead guitar, and acoustic guitar; and Kevin Mundehenke on lead and background vocals, drums and percussion.

Though primarily a top-40 country dance band, City Limits also performs bluegrass, southern & classic rock, and honky-tonk dance favorites. Their show is high energy and entertaining for any occasion. City Limits is totally wireless, permitting the band members to “take the show” into the audience for complete involvement and entertainment. They utilize the very latest in full concert sound and lighting, totally self-contained and sized to any venue.
