This band is rugged simplicity; overdriven amplifiers, fuzzy bass lines and blisteringly loud drums. Fellowcraft - part blues, part funk, part rock and 100% loud. Brian and JR met in Federal Lodge #1, the oldest Masonic Lodge in the District of Columbia. They both had experience in live music, and became fast friends. In 2014, after a string of significant life events, JR was itching to start a band. A simple jam in JR's apartment led to a rooftop show. That led to more shows at numerous venues around DC. This led to Facebook, Twitter and a slew of YouTube videos, and soon after a full website. In March 2015, they released two of their tracks, "The Singles", to iTunes/Spotify/Amazon/Google Play, to rave reviews. Shortly after, Brandon joined as the band's bassist, which has catapulted the band to new heights. The band has been featured on a national broadcast, numerous independent blogs, websites, and national podcasts. Fellowcraft is the creative outlet that allows these guys the expressive and musical authenticity they desire. They want to tell their story, whatever it may be at the time, in a wholly authentic and no nonsense way. The band plans to record more of their original music, and release a complete album in the second half of 2015. These misfits love playing live shows and making ear splitting loud music, whenever and wherever they can. People talk about “that Fellowcraft Band”, often describing it as the music they’ve called the cops to stop, but secretly didn't want to. It’s energy - it's revelry - it's volume.
