The Louise Lincoln Kerr Cultural Center was bequeathed to Arizona State University. The two buildings on the property are referred to as the house and the studio. The house, built in 1959, consists of five large rooms while the studio was built shortly after the house was created. Originally intended as a hall for chamber music, the Studio, is also ideally suited for meetings, receptions, wedding, and exhibits as well as chamber performances. The ASU Kerr Cultural Center qualified in 2008 for listing on the National Register of Historic Places, Arizona Historic Sites and Scottsdale Historic Register.
